How AgroVault works
Accountability in a commodity chain breaks down at the hand-offs. AgroVault is designed so the inventory record travels with the commodity: each stage receives what the previous stage recorded, and any difference is surfaced rather than absorbed.
Each purchase is logged with supplier, buying agent, weight and location — creating the first link in the record.
Purchases consolidate into identified lots at aggregation centres, with supplier-level totals carried forward.
Lots are received into a warehouse ledger and tagged by QR code. Transfers between locations are recorded on both sides.
Book stock is compared with physical counts. Variances are raised, explained, approved and kept on record.
Release is approved, seal and shipment references captured, and a digital handover closes the custody record.

Yes. The Trader plan is built for independent traders, buying agents, individual aggregators, warehouse proprietors and small commodity merchants.
No. Individuals can subscribe without a registered company. Some payment methods may require identity or business verification, depending on your location and the payment provider.
Yes. The Trader plan covers single-location management, and the Business plan adds limited multi-location management. Multi-warehouse visibility comes with AgroVault Professional, coming soon.
Yes. You can move from Trader to Business as your operations grow — contact our sales team and we will arrange the change. AgroVault Professional, coming soon, will also be available as an upgrade.
Yes. All plans are annual subscriptions priced in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes.

Yes. USDT and USDC payments are accepted through approved payment processors, where available and permitted; they are not available in every country. Payment instructions are provided on your invoice or inside the AgroVault app — only use payment instructions you have received from us directly.

No. Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required by law in your country.
Subscriptions are annual. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to stop the next renewal. Fees for the current annual term are generally non-refundable, except where required by law, as set out in the subscription terms.
