Yes. The Trader plan is built for independent traders, buying agents, individual aggregators, warehouse proprietors and small commodity merchants.

No. Individuals can subscribe without a registered company. Some payment methods may require identity or business verification, depending on your location and the payment provider.

Yes. The Trader plan covers single-location management, and the Business plan adds limited multi-location management. Multi-warehouse visibility comes with AgroVault Professional, coming soon.

Yes. You can move from Trader to Business as your operations grow — contact our sales team and we will arrange the change. AgroVault Professional, coming soon, will also be available as an upgrade.

Yes. All plans are annual subscriptions priced in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes.

You can pay by bank transfer against invoice, or with USDT and USDC through approved payment processors where available and permitted. Card payments are coming soon. Payment methods depend on customer location, processor availability, verification requirements and applicable regulations.

Yes. USDT and USDC payments are accepted through approved payment processors, where available and permitted; they are not available in every country. Payment instructions are provided on your invoice or inside the AgroVault app — only use payment instructions you have received from us directly.

AgroVault is available to customers in Nigeria, Togo, Ghana and Kenya, with further African countries coming soon. If you are elsewhere, contact our sales team — availability is subject to payment-processor coverage and applicable regulations.

Plans are priced in US dollars. Depending on your country and payment method, our sales team can advise whether payment in local currency (such as NGN, XOF, GHS or KES) is possible.

No. Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required by law in your country.

Subscriptions are annual. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to stop the next renewal. Fees for the current annual term are generally non-refundable, except where required by law, as set out in the subscription terms.

AgroVault handles bagged and bulk agricultural commodities recorded by lot, weight and quantity — such as soybeans, sesame, ginger, maize, cashew and other grains and oilseeds.

No. AgroVault is an operational record-keeping and visibility tool. It does not provide regulated collateral management, independent inspection or certification, insured custody, or legally guaranteed commodity quantities.
