1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of agrotradeinternational.net (the “website”), operated by Agro-trade International Limited (“Agro Trade International”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius under company number 155812 AC, with its registered office at Premier Business Centre, 10th Floor, Sterling Tower, 14 Poudrière Street, Port Louis, Mauritius.

By using the website, submitting an enquiry or joining the AgroVault Professional waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or overload the website or its systems; or
• use automated means to collect content or submit forms.

3. Commodity information

Information about commodities, origins and sourcing describes our experience and is provided for general information only. It is not an offer to sell, a statement of current stock availability, a certification or a guarantee of quantity, quality or price. Any commodity transaction is subject to a separate written contract agreed between the parties, and that contract will prevail over anything on this website.

4. AgroVault plans and subscriptions

AgroVault is a commodity management platform provided by us. AgroVault Trader and AgroVault Business are available now; AgroVault Professional and the features marked “coming soon” are not yet available and their descriptions may change before release. Dashboard images and figures on this website are illustrations with sample data.

Plan prices are shown in US dollars, billed annually and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions are created in the AgroVault application (agrovault.agrotradeinternational.net) or by agreement with our sales team — not on this website, and no payment is taken through this website. Contacting sales, requesting a demonstration or joining the Professional waitlist does not create a subscription or any payment obligation.

Subscriptions are governed by separate AgroVault subscription terms, which you accept when you subscribe. Those terms set out the service, fees, applicable taxes, billing, renewal, cancellation and data handling, and they prevail over this page in respect of your subscription.

AgroVault is an operational record-keeping and visibility tool. It does not provide regulated collateral management, independent inspection or certification, insured custody, or legally guaranteed commodity quantities.

5. Payment methods

AgroVault subscriptions can be paid by bank transfer against an invoice, or in USDT or USDC through approved payment processors, where available and permitted. Card payments are coming soon. The methods offered to you depend on your location, processor availability, verification requirements and applicable regulations. Payment instructions are provided only on your invoice or inside the AgroVault application — never on this website. Do not send funds or digital assets using instructions received from any other source; if in doubt, contact us at info@agrotradeinternational.net before paying.

6. Availability

AgroVault is available to customers in Nigeria, Togo, Ghana and Kenya, with further African countries to follow. Availability in any country is subject to applicable laws. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, photographs, the Agro Trade International and AgroVault names and marks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use any content without our prior written permission. Some photographs are used under licence from third parties.

8. Your submissions

When you contact us or join the waitlist, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it, including on behalf of any company you name. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.

9. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that the website is complete, error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. The courts of Mauritius have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies from the time it is published.
